How can I write to my MP?

It is very easy to write an email to your MP:

  1. Find your MP's name and email address (click here).
  2. Always start the body of the email with your physical address.
  3. Then use the text of one of our template email lettters, or write your own words.

In the UK it is very easy to find your elected MP:

  2. Enter your post-code.
  3. You will see the name and email address of your MP.

I don't have a UK passport, can I still write an email to an MP?

Yes, you can! British MPs listen to the concerns of the residents of their constituency.

Will I receive a reply?

Yes, your MP will send you a reply adressing the points you raised in your email / letter to them.

Can I send it by email?

Yes! Communicating with your elected MP can be done via email. In fact, this is probably the easiest way to do so.
